ORDERING To order a kazu k. designs product, please use the convenient online store (if available) or contact designer, Andi Grisham for further assistance. Once your order has been placed, an order confirmation will be emailed or faxed to you. PROCESSING Each kazu k. designs product is handmade and created especially for you. Please allow approximately five to 10 business days for processing. PAYMENT Orders will be processed once payment in full has been received. kazu k. designs accepts the following methods of payment: credit cards via PayPal (preferred); cash (personal orders only; do not mail cash); personal checks (order will be processed once funds are fully cleared); and money orders. SALES TAX The kazu k. designs studio is located in Alabama; therefore a 4% sales tax will be charged to your order. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS For all orders shipped to addresses outside the continental U.S., please contact designer, Andi Grisham for further information. SHIPPING All kazu k. designs products ships via USPS mail First Class parcel post unless otherwise arranged. Should you require expedited shipping, please contact designer, Andi Grisham for additional shipping options, including USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail, or FedEx and UPS services. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES A flat fee for shipping and handling of $8.00 will be charged for orders of up to three products. Add $2.00 per product for additional shipping and handling of larger orders. RETURNS & EXCHANGES All kazu k. designs products are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your product, kazu k. designs will gladly exchange your unused item within 30 days of order processing date. Please contact designer, Andi Grisham for a return/exchange number and shipping address. Your new kazu k. designs product will be processed and shipped to you within five business days. Refunds for unused products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. REPAIRS Should you require a repair to your kazu k. product, simply contact designer Andi Grisham for a repair number and shipping address. Most repairs are complimentary. For lost or damaged hardware, a repair kit can be mailed to you. PRIVACY Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide to kazu k. designs will only be used for the purpose for which it was intended.
